Frequently Asked Questions

What ingredients do you use in your products?
We use thoughtfully selected ingredients including Kojic Acid, Turmeric, Kaolin Clay, Goat Milk Powder, Activated Charcoal, and Vitamin E. We also use skin-safe fragrance oils and mica powder for color and scent in some of our products.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are handcrafted with care, however everyone's skin is different. We recommend doing a patch test before full use. If you have a known skin condition or allergy please consult your dermatologist before use.

How long do your soap bars last?
With proper care a bar of soap can last 3-4 weeks. We recommend using a well-drained soap dish to extend the life of your bar.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon!

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days after processing.

Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items. If there is an issue with your order please contact us at hello@emeraldandpearl.co and we will make it right.
