Due to the handcrafted and personal care nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

However we want you to be happy! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@emeraldandpearl.co with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will make it right.

We reserve the right to offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
